"It's your place in the world; it's your life. Go on and do all you can with it, and make it the life you want to live."
-Mae Jemison
"It is not what you do for your children, but what you have taught them to do for themselves, that will make them successful human beings."
-Ann Landers
"The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be."
-Ralph Waldo Emerson

What is Legacy?
Legacy is anything that is handed down from one generation to the next. It can be wealth and riches, reputation, traditions and customs, businesses, or a variety of qualities we inherit from those that lived before us. When we think about legacy we usually think about the great kings of the past who passed down their crowns to their sons and other heirs. We often don’t think about ourselves having a legacy but, whether we recognize it or not, we all leave behind a legacy. Our legacy is everything we have shown ourselves to be, everything we have taught others to do, everything we have said or thought that has manifested on this earth. Legacy is how the world remembers us long after we are gone whether good or bad.
Today you decide if the journey you have taken over the years of your life is all you want to leave behind. Would you like to do more to leave your stamp on the world? Would you like to be remembered for having a positive impact on those around you? Do you desire to make greater impact in our world? If you answered yes to any of these questions I invite you to join me on this Journey to Legacy as we transform our minds to “Think Legacy”.

What does it mean to "Think Legacy"?
Thinking legacy requires making a conscious effort to tailor your thoughts and actions towards building the memory you want to leave behind. It is creating the life you want to have by first believing you can actually have it. It is strategic. It is skillful. It is an opportunity to shift your future from what was shaped in your past to greater vision for the future. To "Think Legacy" you have to see yourself greater than you currently are so you can build greater for those following behind you. Every great person who we admire and aspire to emulate had flaws and shortcomings, challenges and obstacles, weaknesses and oppositions; they were just as human as you and I. What made them great was not possessing supernatural power but instead a relentless determination to become all that they THOUGHT they could become. Thinking legacy is bigger than writing out a plan to meet a goal or building an estate or planning out the future. Thinking legacy is making a decision that your destiny is what you make it and that no one and nothing has the power to change it but you.
